Jtrix is a Java platform for distributed and adaptive applications.
That means Jtrix applications can exist as many small components
(called "netlets") which communicate and move around a network as needed,
with the application as whole, growing and shrinking, and buying in new
services as needed, including hosting. Accountability and security are at
the heart of Jtrix, with all resource usage being accounted and, potentially,
payments made accordingly. Jtrix is designed to allow small applications
to cost little to run, but to grow as needed, costing proportionally more
only as they scale up.
